REDEEMER YOUTH
Redeemer Youth is open to 6th-12th grade students. Our Summer study begins on Sunday, June 14 at 4PM using the Making Sense of Us video curriculum.
Making Sense of Us is a 6-week video curriculum that helps young and newer Christians (and even non-Christians) explore key narratives that have shaped our culture. You'll learn why people in our culture find these stories compelling, how these stories fall short, how the one true story of the gospel fulfills our deepest longings. and learn to share how the gospel speaks a better word.
This study will be from 4-5PM in the Kids Sanctuary for current (NOT incoming) 6th-12th grade students. The dates and topics are as follows:
- June 14: Introduction and Self
- June 21: Happiness
- June 28: Science
- July 12: Justice
- July 19: Liberty
- July 26: Progress
Parents, you are more than welcome to join your student as well. I am sure it will make for lively and thought provoking conversations that will lead your students into a deeper knowledge of Christ and how to declare the Gospel of Jesus with their words.
We make the recordings of all the lessons available in the Redeemer Youth podcast. Whether you’re a student looking to dive deeper into your faith or a parent looking for a resource to help teach your students the basics of Christianity, these brief lessons are great for the car, gym, or listening with a friend curious about what you believe and why you believe it. The Redeemer Youth podcast is available in Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and wherever else you get your podcasts.
